Freeway noise and airport flyovers are noticeable, and the neighbourhood feels less secure after dark, though on-site security patrols help. Buses and the Old Town Transit Center provide public transport options for those with a car.

Accommodation options range from double to quadruple rooms, all with a seating area, TV, and patio access. Bed sizes vary per room type, confirmed at booking. The rooms are clean and have updated decor with no carpet, which helps with cleanliness. While some rooms feel spacious, the property still has dated elements - metal bed frames that can creak noisily, small vanities and bathrooms, and older air-conditioning units that may be loud or perform poorly.
