Walking to Old Town requires passing under a highway overpass, which some find uncomfortable after dark due to a visible homeless presence. Mission Beach and SeaWorld are a 10-15 minute drive; the airport is less than 5 km away. For drivers, the location provides quick freeway access to downtown, the convention center, and other attractions.

Room sizes range from cozy Petite King (double occupancy) to spacious Deluxe King or Two Queen rooms (30 m²).
