CONTE GREEN HOUSE - 2 APARTMENTS, Rome

Both apartments are spacious and well-laid out, with one featuring an inner courtyard view and the other a city view. Each has a private entrance, a comfortable king-sized bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and high-quality soundproofing that keeps the street noise out. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and a high-pressure rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cooking essentials like olive oil and salt. Additional touches include bathrobes, slippers, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a spacious dining table. The property has an elevator and is located on the 5th floor.

Rome Termini Train Station is just a 7-10 minute walk away, giving direct rail access to both airports and high-speed trains. The Colosseum can be reached in about 18 minutes on foot, while the Trevi Fountain is a 20-minute walk. The metro station is two minutes away on foot, and several bus lines stop nearby. The neighbourhood is a mix of quiet residential streets and local amenities - a supermarket is a 4-minute walk away, and at least seven restaurants are within 0.5 km. For those arriving by car, street parking is available nearby, though the central location makes walking and public transport the most practical options.

The kitchen is stocked with a capsule coffee machine (with a selection of capsules), a toaster, a microwave, an oven, and basic pantry items like olive oil, salt, and sugar. This makes it easy to prepare breakfast or a full meal. The host provides a welcome bottle of Spumante, beer, and pastries for a light breakfast. For dining out, seven restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, including Italian trattorias and Indian cuisine. The area is well served by small supermarkets and bakeries for daily provisions.
