By day, the streets are filled with wholesale shopping activity, but after approximately 19:00 the area becomes very quiet, with few pedestrians and a noticeable presence of people sleeping on the streets. Rideshare drivers and taxis are the recommended way to return after dark, as the walk from the metro station or Zócalo passes through poorly lit, unappealing blocks. Benito Juarez International Airport is 9 km away - roughly 20-30 minutes by car (Uber around 7-8 EUR) - and the hotel offers a paid transfer service for 350 MXN if booked in advance.

Available room types are double (1 double bed), family (3 double beds), and quadruple (2 double beds). All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and an AM/FM alarm clock. The rooms are small - suitable mainly for sleeping - and lack air conditioning, using a portable fan instead. Most windows open to an internal courtyard that serves as a common seating area, so sound carries easily between rooms and the central space. Rooms near the elevator or the ground-floor foyer (especially room 109) experience additional late-night noise. The beds are described as firm and the pillows as small; some rooms have windows opening only to the hallway, which limits outside ventilation and privacy. Rooms are cleaned only when requested at reception.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. Instant coffee sachets are provided in the room, and a water dispenser on each floor supplies free drinking water. For meals, the hotel allows guests to order delivery and eat in the lobby area. The surrounding streets have a high density of street food stalls and convenience shops during the day, but after dark almost all food outlets close, so it is best to have dinner before returning or bring food with you.
