QUALITY INN & SUITES BILTMORE EAST, Asheville

The hotel sits in east Asheville with easy highway access, within walking distance of Root Bar Number One (0.5 km) and Arby's (0.5 km). Downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway are a short drive away. While the immediate area is convenient by car, sidewalks are limited so walking to nearby businesses is not practical. Parking is free and private, though the lot can fill up late at night. The hotel's position makes it a practical base for visiting the Biltmore Estate and local concert venues.

Room options include standard kings and king suites with a sleeper sofa. Double-bed rooms use full-size mattresses (slightly smaller than queen). In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite, microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, ironing equipment, hairdryer, and free toiletries. While some units have been described as spacious, others are compact and the property shows its age with dated furniture and carpeted floors. Jacuzzi suites are available and are noted for being spacious and clean. Rooms are accessible via external corridors; the property has no lift. Requesting a ground-floor room ahead of time is recommended for those with mobility concerns.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated, seasonal, and fenced with a view, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, though shaded areas are limited. A free fitness centre is available on site. Jacuzzi tubs are featured in designated suites (marked NKW or NKW2), providing an in-room leisure option. The property also offers bike tours, walking tours, and pub crawls for an additional charge.

Free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation, though it can be crowded late at night. In-room WiFi is free. Laundry facilities are available for a fee. Daily housekeeping is complimentary. The hotel also provides a business centre and fax/photocopying services at no extra charge. A 24-hour front desk, private check-in/out, and key card access are in place. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible rooms, grab rails, raised toilets, lower bathroom sinks, and visual aids (Braille, tactile signs, emergency cord in bathroom). The property has family rooms and a designated smoking area.
