COUNTRY INN & SUITES BY RADISSON, NIAGARA FALLS, ON, Niagara Falls

The hotel sits on the quieter edge of the tourist zone, roughly 1 km from the main falls overlook. Clifton Hill's entertainment strip, Casino Niagara, and various museums are within an easy 10-15 minute walk. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of dining-Italian, Japanese, Indian, sushi, and cafes-all within 500 metres. The WeGo shuttle bus stops nearby, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Parking is a paid surface lot directly at the hotel; early arrival parking is permitted by obtaining a pass from the front desk. The immediate streets are walkable and well-lit, though some side roads may feel less polished at night.

Room types range from standard queen rooms to one-bedroom suites with two queen beds plus a sofa bed. All rooms come with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. Some suites also include a microwave and a whirlpool tub. Room sizes are generous-suites offer a separate bedroom with a door and a living area with a dining table. Road-facing rooms may pick up street noise, especially from a nearby bar that plays loud music until 2am; rooms overlooking the parking area are quieter. While some units feel dated, cleanliness is generally maintained, though periodic deep-cleaning concerns have been noted. No rooms have a balcony or a view of the falls.

The indoor swimming pool is open daily (hours vary, typically 10:30-21:30 or 8:00-21:30) and may require a reservation for a 45-minute time slot when capacity is limited to 15 people. Cleanliness of the pool has been reported as inconsistent. The fitness centre is open 24 hours, though some equipment has been noted as out of order. There is no hot tub, spa, or outdoor pool. A library is also available for guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, an ATM on site, and luggage storage. Laundry facilities are available. The hotel has a lift, and staircases are located at both ends of the building. Cribs and playpens can be requested free of charge. The property is entirely smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, and Carte Blanche. No airport shuttle service is offered.
