The property is on Palmerston Boulevard in Little Italy, one of Toronto's most walkable neighbourhoods. Within a 5-minute walk you'll find dozens of restaurants, cafés, and bars. The bus stop is directly outside, and the streetcar and subway (Bathurst Station) are a short walk away. Downtown attractions including the CN Tower, Eaton Centre, and the Art Gallery of Ontario are within a 15-25-minute walk or a quick transit ride. Kensington Market, Chinatown, Koreatown, and Yorkville are all nearby. From Toronto Pearson International Airport, take the 900 bus to Kipling Station, then the Line2 subway to Bathurst Station, then the 511 streetcar south to Queen Street - about a 5-minute walk west.

Private rooms include standard queen rooms and studios with a double bed and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle). Dormitories have 4 or 6 beds, with a sink in the room and a combined shower-toilet area behind a glass partition. Windows in some rooms do not close fully, letting in street noise and light; road-facing rooms can be particularly loud due to traffic and nearby nightlife. Air conditioning is available but older units may be noisy. Ventilation is limited - bathrooms can become humid and retain odours. No daily housekeeping unless requested. Beds are firm; some mattresses are thin. There is no lockable storage in dorm rooms, but luggage can be stored at reception from 11am until check-in. Access to the building and room is via keypad codes.

The property does not provide any meals, a guest kitchen, or a common eating area. Food and drink (except water) are not allowed in the rooms. The neighbourhood is packed with dining options: within a 2-minute walk you'll find Ramen Misoya, Cafe Nuna, Czehoski, The Raq, Rickshaw Bar, Nugateau, Soufi's, and Milagro Cantina Queen West. Grocery stores such as Loblaws are a 10-minute walk away if you wish to prepare your own meals - only rooms with a kitchenette have cooking facilities.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the building. Check-in and check-out are contactless using door codes after completing an online registration form. Luggage storage is offered from 11am until check-in and after check-out. A refundable security deposit of CAD$100 is taken per room. The property has two flights of stairs and no elevator, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
