The WEGO tourist bus stop is right across the street, making it easy to reach all attractions without a car. Numerous dining options are within a 2- to 5-minute walk, including The Keg Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, and several casual eateries. For big-box shopping, a drive or bus ride is needed. Parking is on-site but paid, and the main casino, Bird Kingdom, and Maid of the Mist departure point are all within a comfortable 10- to 20-minute walk. The central location is ideal for exploring on foot, with the falls and entertainment district easily accessible.

Rooms are spacious and clean, with a seating area, carpeted floors, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Private bathrooms with hairdryers are standard, and accessible rooms are available. Some rooms feature a heart-shaped hot tub, while others have an oval-shaped jacuzzi; these hot tub rooms are located on floors 2 through 7. There are no rooms with a balcony, and no refrigerator or microwave is in the room. A central microwave in the breakfast area can be used 24 hours a day. Rooms vary in quietness: those facing the front or near the elevator can be noisy, while rooms at the end of the hall tend to be calmer.
