COURTYARD DURHAM NEAR DUKE UNIVERSITY/DOWNTOWN, Durham

The hotel sits directly off the highway, providing fast car access to Duke University (5 km), American Tobacco Campus (6 km), and Umstead State Park (25 km). The immediate vicinity includes an Italian restaurant across the parking lot and several dining options within a short drive, such as China King and El Corral Mexican Restaurant (0.5 km each). The restaurant also features a bar, happy hour with additional charges, and a coffee house on site. A snack bar is available, and kids' meals are offered at an extra cost. The Bistro is open until 9:00 PM, providing a convenient evening option. For those with a sweet or caffeine craving, Starbucks coffee is available for purchase. Nearby dining alternatives include an Italian restaurant directly across the parking lot and other casual eateries within walking distance.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and beach towels, creating a relaxing courtyard space. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor fireplace and outdoor furniture, often used for evening gatherings. The fitness centre is free and offers a well-stocked selection of equipment. A minimarket on site provides basic necessities. The courtyard and pool area are noted for being clean and inviting, but the pool is seasonal and may not be open year-round.
