The lofts are located in a secure 24-hour area within a 5- to 15-minute walk to the PedWest pedestrian bridge for border crossings, making it an ideal base for day trips to San Diego. Avenida Revolución is within walking distance, and two Oxxo stores are just one block away. The ABC Bus Terminal (buses to Ensenada, Rosarito, Mexicali) is one block from the property. San Diego Convention Center and Balboa Park are about 28 km away. Uber is available.

Rooms are spacious loft-style units featuring a private entrance, seating area, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Bedding configuration: Lofts 304 and 302 have both beds in the same open space, while Loft 107 has two separate bedrooms.
