The nearest train station, Labaro, is 2 km away, and the free morning shuttle runs to Saxa Rubra station (a 15-minute train ride from Flaminio station in the historic centre). Public buses are available but can be unreliable; a taxi from the centre costs about €25-€35. A supermarket is 100 metres from the hotel. The location is well-suited for those driving to Rome's attractions or needing a stopover near Urbe airport, but less practical for car-free city exploration.

Each room and apartment features classic interiors with wooden floors, air conditioning (with centralised temperature control), soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and free toiletries. Some rooms also include a private entrance or a walk-in shower. Rooms are described as spacious and recently renovated with comfortable beds and large bathrooms, but no rooms have a balcony. Connecting rooms are available upon request. The property is set in separate small villas set in the park, offering a quiet, private atmosphere. Road-facing rooms may be less suitable for light sleepers, though overall noise levels are low thanks to soundproofing and the suburban setting.

Breakfast is a buffet including croissants, cereals, hot drinks, and sometimes eggs and bacon. In summer, breakfast can be taken in the park. The restaurant offers à la carte evening meals with a limited menu of Italian and international dishes, and is praised for its quality when prepared. The breakfast room can become crowded, and certain items may run out by 8:00. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is also available. No room service is offered beyond breakfast in the room. For those who prefer more variety, a supermarket is a short walk away.

The outdoor pool is open during summer (from June to around mid-September, weather permitting) and is unheated. It features a shallow end, a fence around the pool, and a lifeguard during opening hours (10:30-19:00). Free sun loungers, beach chairs, and pool towels are provided. The pool area is adjacent to the highway, but the garden setting helps maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
