The hotel is on Via Volturno, a 2-minute walk from the main Termini exit, placing the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and St. Peter's Basilica all within easy reach by public transport. Roma Termini Metro Station is a 5-minute walk, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away. Nearby attractions include Santa Maria Maggiore and Villa Borghese. The immediate area offers taxis, buses, and metro links, while the street itself is busy and feels safe even at night. The neighbourhood also has shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk.

Rooms are basic but functional, with tiled floors, a work desk, wardrobe, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and fan. Air conditioning is available in all rooms (€10 supplement per day in private rooms, included in dormitories). Some rooms offer city views; none have a balcony. Dormitories use single beds or single bunk beds, with a sink inside the room and a shared toilet. Private rooms can include a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Noise from corridors and other rooms can be noticeable due to thin partitions, so earplugs may be useful. Rooms on upper floors are reachable by lift. Kitchen access is not available, but a common refrigerator and microwave are provided.

The property does not have its own restaurant. Breakfast is available for purchase when selecting your dates and room type; it may be served at a nearby café. The surrounding streets on Via Volturno and around Termini station are lined with pizzerias, restaurants, bars, and a gelateria within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to find meals for various budgets. A supermarket and minimarket are also close by for self-catering supplies.

The hotel does not offer a spa, swimming pool, or gym. For leisure, the nearby Villa Borghese gardens are within walking distance, and the central location gives direct metro and bus access to all major Roman attractions, including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The reception is open from 08:00 to midnight; arrivals after midnight can still check in for a €10 supplement. A safety deposit box is free of charge. Daily housekeeping takes care of bins and linen. Luggage storage costs €3 per bag per day and is available from checkout until midnight. Laundry service is €7 for 5-6 kg.
