A tram stop right around the corner provides direct access to the city centre, while Termini station is 15 minutes away on foot. The Colosseum is a 25-minute walk or a short tram ride. For those arriving by shuttle bus, Ciampino Airport is 13 km from the property.

Rooms at Hotel Center 3 are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a safe, an electric kettle, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms open onto a narrow balcony with views of the city, while others overlook the street and can be prone to traffic noise, especially on weekends - light sleepers should request a quieter room away from the road.
