The hotel sits on Via Calabria, a quiet street in one of Rome's most exclusive neighbourhoods. A 15-minute walk brings you to Piazza Barberini metro station, while Termini Station is reachable in 20 minutes on foot or by bus. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are a 20-minute stroll through charming streets. Villa Borghese park, with the Borghese Gallery and Biopark Zoo, is just a few hundred metres away. For longer distances, bus stops are directly opposite the hotel, and a taxi from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport takes about 40 minutes. Parking is available (€25/day private garage or €1/hour public). The neighbourhood is safe and lined with restaurants, cafés, and a mini-market.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, minibar, satellite TV, hairdryer, and refrigerator. Some rooms feature wood floors, others have carpet; guests with allergies can request a room with hard flooring. Recently renovated rooms are modern and well-maintained; older rooms may show signs of wear. Street-facing rooms can be noisy; interior rooms are quieter. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available. No tea/coffee making facilities or balconies. Daily housekeeping is provided. Beds can be configured as double or twin upon request. Some quadruple rooms use bunk beds.
