RAELI HOTEL NOTO, Rome

The hotel sits on a quiet side street near Termini, with numerous restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Major sights like the Colosseum (2 metro stops), Trevi Fountain (20 minutes on foot), and the Spanish Steps (2 metro stops) are easily reachable. Bus and metro stops are steps away, making car-free exploration straightforward. The area around Termini can feel less secure after dark, so plan your return route accordingly.

Room sizes vary: standard doubles and triples can feel compact, especially for groups. Sound insulation is limited - expect to hear noise from corridors and adjacent rooms. Road-facing rooms may hear early morning street market activity. Bathrooms lack shower curtains, leaving the floor wet after use. Beds are often two single mattresses pushed together. Air conditioning performance has been inconsistent; some units primarily circulate fan air. Daily housekeeping ensures clean towels and linen changes. There are no balconies.

Breakfast consists of bread, pastries, cold cuts, cereal, and drinks. There are no hot dishes like eggs or sausages. The breakfast room can become crowded when school groups are present. For a different morning option, several cafés and bakeries are within a short walk from the hotel.
