CROKE PARK STUDIO, Dublin

The studio is located in Dublin's District 3, 8 km from Dublin Airport. Croke Park Stadium is within a short walk, making it ideal for event attendees. A bus stop right outside provides easy access to O'Connell Street and the city core, which is about 20-25 minutes on foot. Connolly Train Station is also walkable. The immediate area includes a few local shops and takeaway options; a Day Break convenience store on the corner offers coffee and hot breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet but can feel dark at night. Free on-site parking is available but on a narrow one-way street.

The studios are aparthotel-style units with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. Some units have a double bed in a separate sleeping alcove; others place the double bed in the kitchen area, so check the layout when booking. Rooms with 4 beds use bunks, and the lower bunk can feel tight. Soundproofing is present but noise from neighbours and the main road can be heard, especially in road-facing rooms. Windows that open onto the quiet side street offer a better sleeping environment. The interior is modern and well-distributed, with a TV offering streaming services. Cleaning standards vary; some units have been reported as not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival.

Each studio has a well-fitted kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cooking utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. For eating out, Gursha, Savoy Take Away, Wallis, and Wallace's Asti are all within 0.5 km. A Day Break convenience store on the corner sells coffee and hot breakfast. A pub is also located around the corner. The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a convenient option.

The property offers a shared terrace and a closed-in patio where guests can sit and relax. For active leisure, tennis is available in the area. The proximity to Croke Park Stadium also opens up opportunities for attending matches and events. No dedicated spa, pool, or gym facilities are present.
