A bus stop across the road provides direct buses to the city centre every 5 minutes (approximately 15-minute journey) and the Aircoach to Dublin Airport (approx. 1 hour, €9 per person). The Aviva Stadium and RDS are within comfortable walking distance, ideal for event-goers. Herbert Park is opposite the property, offering green space for relaxation or family outings. The Luas light rail stop is about a 25-minute walk away.
