On-street paid parking is available in front of the building, and the closest off-street option is Q-Park Clerys, a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers numerous takeaways, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few minutes' walk, making self-catering and dining out equally convenient.

All units feature a private bathroom (with shower and hairdryer; some also include a bathtub), a seating area, and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave - ovens are not provided. Kitchens are stocked with cookware, utensils, and an electric kettle; a washing machine and coffee machine are standard.
