Bugis MRT Station (a 6-10 minute walk) and Nicoll Highway MRT Station provide direct access to the rest of Singapore. The Sultan Mosque is visible from the property, and popular areas like Little India and the city centre are walkable. The area is pedestrian-friendly, though the street itself is not accessible by car, so taxis and rideshares drop off one block away. Changi Airport is 15 km away; a taxi is the most convenient option, and public bus stops are within 100 metres.

The hotel offers single, twin, double, quadruple, and family rooms - all with curtained capsule-style beds, not enclosed pods. Capsules are 1.85 m long; taller individuals should opt for a queen capsule to lie diagonally. Each capsule has a fold-down desk, mirror, power outlets, hanger, and individual reading light. Bedrooms vary: mixed dorms (12-18 beds per room) or private rooms (2, 4, or 6 capsules per room) key-carded for privacy. The shared bathrooms total 10 units across the property, cleaned twice daily but often reported as wet and busy during peak hours. Some rooms are located near the kitchen or common areas and may experience noise from the restaurant below. Rooms with windows onto the common area receive hallway light; the bright emergency exit sign cannot be turned off. The building has no lift, so upper-floor rooms require climbing steep stairs.

Breakfast is a self-serve buffet with options including fresh fruit, cereals, toast with spreads, eggs (make-your-own omelette), noodles, rice, coffee, tea, and water.
