The area is well served by trains and subways, and the streets are generally safe and lively in the evening. While the immediate vicinity is busy, the hotel sits on a quieter side street that remains relatively calm after dark.

Room types include single, twin, and double configurations ranging from 16.2 to 25 m². All rooms come with a private bathroom with bath and shower, free toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer. Amenities include air conditioning (centrally controlled by season), heating, an electric kettle, refrigerator, desk, carpeted floors, and a trouser press.
