The hotel is situated on a lively street with many bars and nightclubs, so rooms facing the street can be noisy-courtyard rooms are significantly quieter. Opéra Metro Station (200 m) provides direct trains to the Louvre. The famous Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores are a five-minute walk away. A direct bus to Charles de Gaulle Airport departs from a stop just 300 metres away, making airport transfers straightforward. Many excellent restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk, and the historic Harry's New York Bar is directly opposite. The area feels safe and walkable, with most central attractions (Louvre, Tuileries, Place Vendôme) within 15 minutes on foot. A gym is located adjacent to the hotel entrance for guest use.

Room sizes vary: standard doubles are compact (around 20-24 m2) but well-appointed, while Superior and Deluxe rooms offer more space, and the Duplex Suite adds a second level. Deluxe Suites provide a separate seating area and a large bathroom. Standard rooms have windows (no balcony); Superior rooms may include a balcony (subject to availability, €20 fee). Courtyard rooms are notably quiet, whereas street-facing rooms may hear nightlife noise. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, minibars, safes, and free newspapers. Beds are comfortable (160x200 cm full), and pillows are provided in two firmness levels. Connecting rooms with two bathrooms are available for families. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean, and towels are changed daily.
