The hotel is ideally placed for exploring western Paris: the Eiffel Tower, Champ-de-Mars, Les Invalides, and the Quai Branly Museum are all within a 13-minute walk. École Militaire station (line 8) gives direct metro access to Opéra Bastille and Place de la Concorde (20 minutes on foot). Multiple bus lines stop within 1-4 minutes (lines 82, 86, 92 at École Militaire; line 80 at the same stop). A taxi rank is a minute away. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, a taxi takes about 45 minutes (~€65); from Orly Airport, about 30 minutes (~€36). The neighbourhood is filled with bistros, bakeries, shops, and a Carrefour market, all within a 5-minute walk. The area is considered very safe and clean, ideal for solo travellers and families.

All rooms are soundproofed, have private bathrooms with free toiletries (Omnisens brand), a hair dryer, safe, kettle with tea/coffee, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a desk with USB port. The Single (10 m2) looks onto a quiet courtyard; it cannot accommodate a baby cot. The Classic and Superior rooms (14 m2) face Avenue de Tourville. The Classic with Paris Rooftops View (6th floor) offers a partial Eiffel Tower glimpse. The 16 m2 Elegance room overlooks the quiet Rue Chevert. The Prestige Room (corner) has a bathtub and 180° view of École Militaire. The Deluxe Eiffel Room (18 m2) delivers the best view of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops. The Executive Room (20 m2) sleeps three and also has a bathtub. Connecting rooms combine a Superior and Prestige room - ideal for families. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a mix of retro and modern styles, but many are on the small side; travellers used to larger spaces should be prepared for compact layouts. The floors are accessible by a tiny lift; guests on higher floors frequently choose the stairs. The hotel was fully renovated in 2017, and rooms are kept spotlessly clean.

The continental breakfast buffet (€14 per person in the breakfast room, €14 for in-room service) includes fresh bread and pastries from the local bakery, hot drinks, fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, and poultry sausages. An express breakfast (€9 to take away) consists of a bag of mini croissants, pains au chocolat, raisin bread, and a hot drink. In-room breakfast (€14) includes hot drink, juice, bread, pastries, butter, jams, and yogurt. Gluten-free options can be arranged if requested the day before. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but a microwave is available in the breakfast area for reheating meals. The staff can recommend nearby restaurants, including Bistro Saint-Dominique, Fitzgerald, and Café des Officiers, all within a few minutes' walk.
