Nice-Ville train station is 5-7 minutes on foot, providing direct rail connections to Cannes (33 minutes) and Monaco (20 minutes). Place Masséna, the Old Town (Vieux-Nice), and Cours Saleya market are 10-15 minutes away, while the Promenade des Anglais and the pebble beaches take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach on foot. A tram stop serving lines 1 and 2 is a short walk away, offering direct access from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (about 8 km) for a single trip cost of €1.70. Street parking is limited to 2 hours during the day (free at night and Sundays); the nearest economical public car park is Parking Nice Etoile, a 7-minute walk.

Room categories range from standard doubles to a family room and a suite that can accommodate up to 3 people (one double and one single room). Some rooms feature a private balcony (Double Deluxe Balcony) or a terrace. Rooms facing the courtyard are noticeably quieter than those overlooking the street. Interior room sizes vary: standard doubles are described as compact, while deluxe and superior doubles offer more space, with some having a Juliet balcony. Beds are fitted with premium bed linen pillows are notably thick and firm. Toilet and shower are sometimes in separate cubicles; bathrooms are generally small. A coffee/tea maker is provided in each room. Noise from door slamming and upper-floor footsteps can be an issue; earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.
