DAYS INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM SAVANNAH MIDTOWN, Savannah

The property is a 16-minute drive from Savannah's historic downtown and the Memorial Hospital, and a 35-minute drive from Tybee Island beaches. Savannah State University is under 10 minutes away by car. The surrounding area is quiet and walkable to several restaurants and supermarkets within 0.5 km. The hotel's location is safe and convenient for car-based trips, with free on-site parking that requires no reservation. However, there is no public transport stop immediately adjacent, so a car or rideshare is recommended for getting around.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 and typically includes waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, coffee, and water. Some mornings also have sausage and eggs, though these can be cold and the eggs watery. There is no juice or fresh fruit, and bread may not be replenished promptly. There is no restaurant, bar, or cafe on the property, but several dining options are within a 0.5 km walk, including Pakwan Indian Cuisine, Ben's Neighborhood Grill, The Noodle Bowl, The King & I, and Lulucakes. The vending machine in the lobby offers drinks and snacks for purchase.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool that is open all year and includes pool/beach towels. However, the pool has been under renovation and, when open, has reported issues with algae and a worn finish, making it uninviting. There is no spa, gym, or other leisure facilities on site. A grassy area behind the hotel is used by some guests for pet relief.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking is free and on-site, with no reservation needed. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in and requests; staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, though language barriers have been reported. Daily housekeeping is only provided upon request and has been inconsistent in terms of replenishing towels and toiletries. There is a vending machine for drinks and snacks, but no ice machine. The property is pet-friendly with a fee of $35 for one pet and $50 for two. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Discover, UnionPay credit card, and MasterCard. The hotel has no airport shuttle, restaurant, or business centre. Wheelchair accessibility is available, but the one accessible room with a roll-in shower has been given away to other guests, so availability must be verified in advance.
