The property sits on Ocean Drive, the oceanfront thoroughfare, giving immediate beach access. Key South Beach landmarks are within a short walk: Española Way's dining and nightlife is 210 m away, Lincoln Road's shopping and pedestrian mall is 700 m, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is 900 m from the suites. Miami International Airport is 15 km (about a 20-minute drive). The area is popular for cycling, with bike hire available on site. On-street parking is very limited; the on-site valet parking (US$50/day) is the practical parking option.

Suites are spacious and designed for extended stays. All units have a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Each suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathrobes, slippers, and free toiletries. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, sink, Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, mini-fridge, and cookware. There is no stove. All units have a dining area, seating area with cable TV and DVD player, air conditioning, and soundproof walls. For hot tub access: book a 'King City View Balcony Hot Tub' for a private balcony hot tub, or a Penthouse Suite for a private rooftop hot tub. Standard suites have access to the shared second-floor pool deck hot tub (jets not functional). Some rooms have balconies; availability depends on the selected room.

Front Porch Cafe offers a family-friendly and romantic setting with American cuisine. It serves breakfast, brunch, dinner, high tea, and a cocktail hour, so all main meals can be taken on site. A snack bar and coffee house are also on the property. Breakfast availability with the room rate varies; check your reservation details. The surrounding streets (Española Way, Lincoln Road) are filled with dozens of dining options within a 5-10-minute walk, including Cuban, steak, seafood, and Mexican restaurants.

The second-floor outdoor pool deck is open year-round and provides towels, sun loungers, and beach chairs. The pool is used by all suite guests. The on-site hot tub is free to use but note that the jets do not function - it operates as a soaking tub. For a private hot tub experience, book the King City View Balcony Hot Tub or a Penthouse Suite. Massage treatments (back, neck, full body, couples) can be booked through the property, offered either at the pool deck or in-suite. Spa/wellness packages are available but there is no full spa facility. The property is directly across from the beach, and bicycle rental is on site. A games room with billiards is available on the premises. Golf, tennis, canoeing, fishing, and windsurfing can be found within 3 km.

Internet is free of charge in all suites. Luggage storage is available free of charge, helpful for early arrivals or late departures. Check-in and check-out are contactless: you will receive instructions by text before arrival, including how to access the building and suite. Express check-in/out is offered.
