The hotel is located in a semi-pedestrian, Monuments Historiques-listed street that offers an oasis of calm steps from Parisian life. Grands Boulevards Metro Station is a 3-minute walk, providing direct access to Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, and Tuileries Garden. Opéra Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette department stores are a 12-minute walk away. The area is filled with theatres, restaurants, and cafés. For airport transfers, take RER B to Gare du Nord, then line 4 to Strasbourg Saint-Denis (5 minutes on foot). A taxi from CDG costs approximately €55.

Rooms are minimalist and contemporary; many are compact, particularly the bathrooms where the shower cubicle can be small. All rooms have a window. The quadruple room is partitioned by a wall (no door) and sleeps up to 4 with a double bed and two sofa beds. A ground-floor Cosy room is adapted for reduced mobility. Rooms on the 5th floor may experience noise from the technical room. Standard room features include a wardrobe, safe, tea/coffee maker, and parquet flooring in some rooms. Cosy double beds are queen size (160x200 cm).

Breakfast includes hot drinks, fresh fruit juice, bread, pastries, pancakes, farm yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, and boiled eggs. It is served from 7:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 7:30 to 10:30 on weekends. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries are available in the lounge area throughout the day.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, and private check-in/out. Daily housekeeping is free; dry cleaning and laundry are available for an additional charge.
