The hotel operates a coffee shop on the ground floor and offers a coffee station in the lobby (with tea, coffee, and utensils), providing a quick morning or mid-day drink option. The deli market across the street is noted for its good-value food. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or room service, so guests should plan to eat out or order in.

Elevators serve upper floors, though some have noted issues with shocks from elevator buttons and hot water temperature fluctuations.
