The Giudecca island location sits away from the tourist crowds yet is well connected: Vaporetto lines 2, 41 and 42 stop at Giudecca Palanca, a 250-metre walk from the hotel. The area is quiet and safe, with a good selection of restaurants, bars and a supermarket within easy walking distance. A private hotel dock allows water taxis to drop off and pick up guests directly. The Vaporetto ride to central Venice takes only a few minutes, making the location ideal for travellers who prefer a calm base without sacrificing easy access to major sights.

All rooms have a private bathroom with shower (no bathtub), slippers and hairdryer. Many rooms offer views of the Palada Canal. Some rooms face the interior or a close wall - these have limited natural light and may feel less spacious. A balcony is not available. The heating can be quite noisy; light sleepers may prefer to turn it off at night. Mosquito screens are not fitted on windows, so opening the window for ventilation may let insects in - using the air conditioning instead is a practical alternative. The beds are reported as comfortable, with daily towel changes and room freshening.

The breakfast buffet costs €25 per person and includes a variety of bread, pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, and hot drinks. The glass-house setting is bright and pleasant. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner, but a small café with free Wi-Fi is available for snacks and drinks. The surrounding Giudecca area offers several restaurants and pizzerias within a short walk, providing good options for evening meals.

Services include concierge, express check-in/check-out, room service, and a safety deposit box (free of charge).
