Located on a quiet side street off Via Nazionale, the hotel offers direct metro access on Line A and easy bus links right outside. Termini Station is within a 10-minute walk, providing high-speed and regional train connections, including direct routes to Fiumicino Airport. The area is safe and walkable: the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, and Santa Maria Maggiore are all reachable on foot within 15-25 minutes. The streets around the hotel are lined with numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. For those arriving by car, the limited-traffic zone requires attention, and nearby public parking is available but not reservable and has a fee.

Rooms are compact but functional, with modern furnishings and parquet floors. Some rooms have a private balcony, and a few include a large terrace with city views. The rooms in the Junior Suite category also feature a terrace. Rooms are not interconnecting, and no ground-floor rooms exist. Room sizes tend to be small, particularly in standard categories. Air conditioning is present but may be centrally controlled, so the temperature cannot always be freely adjusted in each room. Street noise can be an issue in rooms facing the road, and sound insulation between rooms and from the hallway is limited. Twin beds can be arranged in most categories except standard doubles. The building has a lift, but it is compact. Daily housekeeping is free and included.

Breakfast is included and offered in a compact room on the 4th floor, which can feel crowded during peak hours. The selection is continental: fresh pastries, bread, cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cold cuts, and cheese. Coffee is prepared to order by the breakfast attendant. There is no restaurant or bar on site; however, the area immediately around the hotel has many cafés, bars, and restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk.
