Roma Termini station and Repubblica Metro are within 10 minutes on foot, giving direct rail access to Fiumicino Airport and the city's main train lines. Most of the historic centre - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum - is reachable within a 15-minute walk. The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, shops, and a Carrefour supermarket. A tram stop is located outside the hotel, and hop-on-hop-off bus routes pass nearby on Via Nazionale.

Room types include single, double, and twin configurations, all with private bathrooms, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Most rooms have windows overlooking the piazza with traditional shutters. The accommodation is clean but basic: rooms are compact, furnishings are older, and bathrooms are small with a shower cubicle. The building's historic character means thin walls, so street-facing rooms may pick up noise from the road and hallway if windows are open.
