The hotel is 120 metres from Asakusa Station (Toei Asakusa Line, Exit A1), offering direct subway access to Ginza, Ueno, and a one-seat ride to Haneda Airport via the Keikyu line. The water taxi pier to Odaiba is 150 metres away. Sensoji Temple, Nakamise shopping street, and the Tokyo Skytree are within a 5-10 minute walk. The location is quiet enough for good sleep but central to all Asakusa attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is not available, but the station is so close that a car is unnecessary for most stays.

All rooms are non-smoking (smoking rooms available on request) and offer a balcony - river-view rooms provide direct views of the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree. Room types include double, twin, and quadruple configurations with shared or en suite bathrooms. Rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, electric kettle, trouser press, and free wired internet. The decor is functional rather than modern, and some rooms may feel small, dated, or have compact bathrooms. Road-facing rooms are quieter than expected due to the riverside location. For families, quadruple rooms have two beds and two futons, but single beds cannot accommodate two adults plus a child - book as two adults and one child if sharing. Beds are fixed in place and cannot be moved.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:15 (last entry 09:00) in the dining area. It is a Japanese-style buffet that includes unagi (eel) rice, miso soup, and side dishes, with a few western options like toast and yogurt. The breakfast menu is consistent each day. For those who prefer more variety, several cafés and restaurants are a short walk away. Free evening noodles (soba/ramen) are available from 21:30 to 23:00, with limited quantity, and are a popular perk. The on-site restaurant is Japanese cuisine only; halal food is not available.

The top floor offers a public bath and sauna with a TV, an open-air bath, and a Sky Foot Bath with panoramic views of the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree. The foot bath is open to all guests free of charge from 15:00-10:00 (closed 01:00-05:00). The indoor/outdoor baths are accessible for men Monday-Thursday, and on Friday-Sunday the schedule is gender-specific: women 15:00-20:00, men 20:30-10:00. Free ice cream and frozen treats are available from 15:00-01:00, a morning probiotic drink from 05:00-10:00, and a massage chair is also on the 10th floor. There is no swimming pool or spa.
