Location

In lively Friedrichshain, 4 minutes on foot from Warschauer Straße U-Bahn station, with direct access to the city centre and major sights.

The property sits on a main road (Warschauer Straße) in one of Berlin's trendiest neighbourhoods, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and the RAW Gelände cultural area. The U-Bahn station is a 4-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Alexanderplatz (3 km) and the East Side Gallery (19-minute walk). Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 24 km from the property. For guests wanting to explore on foot, Berlin Cathedral and Pergamon Museum are reachable within a 30-40 minute walk. Street parking is available for a fee, and a paid public parking lot (€2/hour) is located nearby. The immediate area is vibrant and can be noisy, particularly for rooms facing the street.

Dining

No breakfast served on-site. A vending machine with drinks and snacks, plus a coin-operated coffee machine, are available in the common area.

The property does not offer breakfast, but the surrounding Friedrichshain neighbourhood is packed with dining options within a 2-minute walk - including Miyaki, Lion Burger, Hermanas, and Happy Asia, all 0.5 km away. For self-catering, the shared kitchenette (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge) is available, though guests should bring their own cups and plates as none are provided. A vending machine offers drinks and snacks, and the coffee machine costs €1 per cup (coins required). A minimarket on site sells basic essentials.
