Located on a quiet street corner at rue Rouelle and rue Saint-Charles, the hotel sits 900 metres from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The nearest metro stations - Dupleix (line 6) and Charles Michels (line 10) - are both a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to central Paris and major landmarks. The area is safe and walkable, with numerous bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants within a few hundred metres. For airport transfers, take RER B to Denfert-Rochereau then metro line 6 to Dupleix from CDG; from Orly, take Orlybus to Denfert-Rochereau then metro line 6. No on-site parking is available, but public car parks such as Beaugrenelle are nearby (advance booking recommended).

Classic rooms (12-14 m2) are ideal for short stays with a double bed. Superior rooms (15 m2) offer either a double or twin beds (bed width 160 cm in double), and some have a partial side view of the Eiffel Tower. Triple rooms (15+ m2) add a sofa bed, suitable for families or small groups - note that triple rooms cannot accommodate a fourth person. Two ground-floor rooms feature a private courtyard terrace; no balcony rooms are available. All rooms include a hairdryer, free toiletries, and either an electric kettle (Classic) or coffee machine (Superior). Daily housekeeping is provided with fresh towels. For light sleepers, request a room facing the inner courtyard to minimise street noise from a nearby restaurant and nightclub, especially on weekends.
