HOTEL EIFFEL RIVE GAUCHE, Paris

The hotel is set in the Gros-Caillou district, a historic area steps from the Champs de Mars, Les Invalides, and the Seine. École Militaire metro station (Line 8) is 500 metres away, and RER C (Pont de l'Alma) is an 8-minute walk, providing direct rail access to Versailles and the airports. The location is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Bateaux Parisiens cruise docks, and the Rue Cler market. The immediate neighbourhood is packed with bistros, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and a supermarket, yet the hotel's street remains quiet, making it suitable for light sleepers. Business travellers can reach Champs-Élysées in 30 minutes on foot or La Défense in 25 minutes via public transport.

Rooms are classic Parisian in size - single rooms measure 9.5 m2 to 11.5 m2 - and are decorated in warm Parisian tones. They come with a flat-screen satellite TV, a telephone, a safe, a desk corner, a hairdryer, and a courtesy tea/coffee tray. Bedding options include single (120x190 cm), double (140x190 cm), and twin (80x200 cm) configurations. The Eiffel Tower view is available only in specific 'Double Room with View' and 'Single Room with View' categories (two of each in the hotel). No rooms have a balcony, but ground-floor rooms may have a private patio. The budget double/twin room has a private bathroom, but the toilet is in the corridor. Some rooms face a quiet inner courtyard; others have a street view of the small, car-free lane, though road-facing rooms may pick up late-night bar noise until 1 AM. The lift is very small (fits one person and a few bags). Rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast is offered in a bright dining room with a large window, presenting a continental buffet that includes fresh pastries, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, boiled eggs, salad, and hot drinks. While the hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, a bar in the ground-floor lounge serves drinks and cheese until 2:00 AM. The neighbourhood around the hotel is filled with dining options, including Le Café de Mars (1-minute walk, French market cuisine) and numerous bistros, brasseries, and bakeries within a few minutes' walk. A grocery store and supermarket are also within a 5-8 minute walk, allowing self-catering for some meals.
