From the station it is one stop to Akihabara, two stops to Asakusa, and a 30-minute direct train to Haneda Airport. Narita Airport requires one change at Kinshicho. Ichogaoka Hachiman Shrine is a 3-minute walk, and Hulic Hall & Conference is 400 metres away. The area is practical and well connected, though some rooms face an exterior wall with limited natural light.

Room types are Single, Double, Twin, and Deluxe Twin. Standard rooms are compact but typical for central Tokyo - better suited for one person with a suitcase than two sharing. Double rooms have one bed around 150 cm wide, Twin rooms have two single beds, and Deluxe Twin can sleep up to 4 adults plus 2 children (no extra bed provided). Some rooms face a wall with a window that offers little natural light; those overlooking the street can pick up noise. The rooms are clean and practical, with individual air conditioning and heating controls that work well. Under-bed luggage storage frees up floor space. For two people, choosing a Twin or Deluxe Twin provides more sleeping and moving space than a Double.

The buffet-style breakfast is included for all guests and is generally well-regarded for its variety and quality given the price point.
