EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON EL PASO, El Paso

The hotel sits in El Paso's business district, within a short drive of the airport and the corporate offices of Boeing, Delphi, and Siemens. Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino is 15 minutes away. The surrounding area is commercial and car-dependent, with limited walkability; planned transport is advisable. The hotel provides direct highway access for getting around the city. Several chain restaurants (IHOP, Denny's, Taco Cabana, Arby's) are within walking distance, and the property has its own on-site restaurant, Gateway, for American cuisine.

The hotel provides spacious two-room suites with a separate living area and bedroom, each equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a work desk. Bed options include one king, two queens, or three double beds, with some suites offering a sofa bed. The private bathrooms are compact, with the sink located in the bedroom area and the shower and toilet in a small separate room. A number of suites are mobility-accessible and include visual alarms and notification devices. The property underwent a recent cosmetic renovation, but some fixtures remain original. The bathroom size and dated condition have been noted as a practical trade-off for the suite's generous square footage. An in-room safe, ironing facilities, and air conditioning are standard.

The indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub are open daily from 07:00-22:00, with pool towels provided. The pool is popular with families and has sun loungers and beach chairs. The hot tub has been reported as well-maintained and clean. The fitness centre is free for guests and includes standard cardio and strength equipment. There is no spa on site. The pool and hot tub are a key leisure feature, particularly for families.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. A 24-hour front desk with ATM/cash machine and luggage storage assists with early arrivals or late departures. The business centre offers free fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. Laundry and dry cleaning are available for a fee. A minimarket on site provides basic essentials. The property is wheelchair accessible, with auditory guidance and grab rails in accessible toilets. Cots (pack and play) are available on request. The hotel also features a shared lounge/TV area and a safety deposit box at reception.
