The Henrosa Hotel is located in the heart of South Beach, a block from the ocean and the lively Ocean Drive strip. Versace Mansion is 600 metres away, and the Art Deco Historic District is less than 1 km away. Miami International Airport is 18 km away - a taxi costs approximately $30-$35 and takes about 20-30 minutes, or you can take bus route #150 which stops near the hotel. The area is considered safe and walkable, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops right outside the door. Off-site parking garages (valet or self-park) are available nearby, but street parking is limited.

Each double room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are equipped with a seating area, wardrobe, soundproof walls, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a terrace or garden furniture. The ambiance is boutique-style with Art Deco touches. While rooms are generally clean and comfortable, some have been noted to be compact, with limited closet space and no desks. Windows do not open, which can lead to a stuffy feel. The air conditioning is centralized and may not be individually controlled - if the room becomes too cold, a portable heater or fan may be provided. Light sleepers should request a room away from the elevator and avoid ground-floor rooms to minimize noise from the street and housekeeping.

Breakfast is available from 8:00 to 10:00 AM and includes a choice of eggs any style, pancakes, or fresh fruit/yogurt with granola, plus a side of bacon or sausage, a slice of bread, and tea or coffee. The setting offers ocean views and outdoor seating. The hotel also provides 24/7 complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. For other meals, there are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk along Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, and Española Way, including Senor Frog's, La Sandwicherie, and Front Porch Cafe. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar beyond the lobby coffee service.

Two beach chairs per room and daily beach towels are included as part of the resort fee. The designated beach area is directly behind the hotel, and the chairs are loungers placed on the sand. Beach umbrellas are not included but can be rented on the beach for approximately $20 per day. Off-site activities include cycling, diving, snorkelling, fishing, and a golf course within 3 km. The hotel's own terrace offers outdoor furniture for relaxing and people-watching.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk with concierge services, private check-in/check-out, and luggage storage. Daily housekeeping is provided, though some stays have noted that deep cleaning can be inconsistent.
