HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON PIGEON FORGE, Pigeon Forge

Situated off the main parkway on a convenient back road, the hotel offers easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions while avoiding main road traffic. The Island in Pigeon Forge is directly across the street, and the Grand Majestic Theater is 2 km away. McGhee Tyson Airport is 51 km from the property. Numerous restaurants - including Sawyer's Farmhouse Restaurant, Hardee's, and IHOP - are within 2 km. Shopping at Tanger Outlets is a 10-15 minute drive. The location is particularly suitable for families attending events at LeConte Event Center, which is across the street, and for those visiting Dollywood without needing to navigate the busiest roads.

Rooms feature a work desk with an ergonomic chair, a flat-screen HDTV, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, and glassware. No stove is installed, but induction burners and skillets are available to sign out at the front desk. All suites include a sofa bed and a curtain divider for privacy. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with good water pressure; some rooms have a sliding bathroom door (which may lack a lock for toddler safety). Black-out curtains help with sleeping in, and the rooms are soundproofed. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors facing even numbers offer a view of The Island Ferris wheel; the opposite side provides mountain views. The bedding comfort is generally high with options to request extra pillows from the front desk.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of hot and cold options: waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and microwaveable options. Coffee, tea, and juice are included. The breakfast area can become busy on weekends, so arriving early is recommended. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or café beyond the breakfast service, but a 24-hour market on site sells snacks and drinks. For other meals, several restaurants within a short walk or 2 km drive provide ample dining choices, including Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que, Sawyer's Farmhouse Restaurant, and Alamo Steak House.

The indoor pool is well-maintained and open throughout the year, providing a reliable option regardless of weather. The outdoor pool features a fence around it, sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels, and is open seasonally from 9am to 11pm. A fitness centre is available for guest use. Additional leisure amenities include a table tennis table, a mini golf course (extra charge), and hiking opportunities nearby. The outdoor fire pit and grilling area have picnic tables and BBQ facilities, allowing guests to cook meals outdoors. There is no hot tub or spa on site. The pool area can become busy during peak times, so visiting early or later in the evening may offer a quieter experience.

Free private parking is available but a reservation is required; overflow parking is located about 50 yards away if the main lot is full. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in/out, luggage storage, and grocery deliveries. Laundry and dry cleaning are offered for an additional charge. The business centre and meeting/banquet facilities are free to use. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible pathways, an elevator, and accessible parking. The property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee (one night: $54.88, two or more nights: $109.75, up to two pets). A minimarket on site is open 24 hours. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. Keyless entry via the app is available, and the hotel provides express check-in/out.
