EMBASSY SUITES DALLAS - PARK CENTRAL AREA, Dallas

The hotel sits off the highway, providing easy car access to Galleria Mall (6 km), Love Field Airport (about 27 km from DFW), and Medical Center. The immediate area lacks sidewalks, so a car is needed for dining and shopping; nearby fast food and chain restaurants (Daylight Donuts, In-N-Out Burger, Saltgrass Steak House) are about 1 km away. The underground parking garage is dimly lit and has tight spaces, and the surrounding neighborhood can feel less secure at night, especially near the parking entrance.

Suites come with one king bed or two queen beds, plus a full-size sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 6. Each suite has a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have road-facing windows where highway noise is noticeable, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. The property shows signs of age: worn carpets, dated furniture, and occasional maintenance issues like malfunctioning TVs or A/C. The bathroom is separate from the living area, includes a tub, and toiletries are provided.

Breakfast includes made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. The breakfast area can get crowded, and food may run low near closing time (9:00 AM). The on-site Riparian Grille serves American cuisine for dinner and a cocktail hour, with a bar open 5:00 PM-10:00 PM. The Manager's Reception (5:30 PM-7:00 PM) offers two complimentary drinks per person and a snack bar with chips and salsa. Limited breakfast-to-go options are available.

The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, but access currently requires a reservation at the front desk to manage capacity. The fitness center is available 24/7 with Precor machines. Pool and fitness amenities include sun loungers and towels. Some operational constraints (pool closure, reservation system) may affect availability, so confirm on-site at check-in. No spa, hot tub, or other wellness facilities are present.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, 24-hour front desk and security, on-site ATM, and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is free, and dry cleaning/laundry services are available. Meeting/banquet facilities and a minimarket on-site. The property is wheelchair accessible with designated accessible parking. Pets are allowed with a fee. Parking is $20/night in a garage and surface lot; the garage has low lighting and tight spaces. Elevators sometimes malfunction, and hallway cleanliness can vary.
