SPARK BY HILTON DALLAS MEDICAL DISTRICT LOVE FIELD, Dallas

The hotel sits near I-35, providing quick access to downtown Dallas (5 km to American Airlines Center) and the Medical District (UT Southwestern, Parkland, Children's Medical). The surrounding area is convenient for hospital visits and market trips. Free parking and a weekday airport shuttle make transport easy. The property is gated with secure entry. The immediate neighbourhood is car-oriented; walking to shops or restaurants may not be practical, so a car or ride-share is recommended for errands.

The hotel offers a variety of room types, from double to family rooms with up to three beds. Accessibility rooms are available. While the rooms are generously sized and recently refurbished, the building is a converted extended-stay property, so layouts can feel basic-some rooms lack drawers and seating beyond the bed. Road-facing rooms and those near the elevator may experience noise. The air conditioning system may occasionally have issues. Overall, the rooms prioritise space and practicality over luxury. The beds are generally comfortable and the furnishings are clean and modern.

Breakfast includes bagels with spreads, cereal, muffins, juice, yogurt, whole fruit, hard-cooked eggs, and coffee/tea. No hot food is offered. The breakfast area is simple and provides a quick start to the day. For a fuller meal, several restaurants and cafés are within a short drive.

The pool is clean and open until 10 pm, offering a relaxing break. The fitness centre features a good selection of modern equipment and is well-maintained. These facilities add value for active travellers.

Additional services include luggage storage, laundry (surcharge), and lift access. Pets are allowed for a fee ($75-$125 per stay; max 34 kg, dogs/cats only). Accessible rooms with roll-in shower or tub are available. A $50 incidental hold is taken at check-in. The shuttle is complimentary but operates Monday-Friday only; weekend transport requires a ride-share.
