The Emirates Park Resort is situated inside the zoo grounds, giving guests constant access to the animal enclosures. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 20-minute drive away, and Yas Island theme parks (Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, SeaWorld) are within a 10-14 minute drive. The Formula One circuit is about 5 minutes away, and Deerfields Mall is a 5-minute drive. A hypermarket is attached to the property, less than 5 minutes walking distance. Etihad Arena is 15-20 minutes by taxi. The nearest beach is Yas Beach, approximately 15 minutes away. For those without a car, taxis from the airport are the recommended transfer option as no shuttle bus is available; the property is not within walking distance of city-centre amenities.

Room types range from standard double rooms (30 m², no terrace) to spacious Deluxe Chalets with a living room, sofa, kitchenette, and balconies overlooking the zoo or gardens. The Premium Giraffe Arena Chalets offer a direct view of the giraffe enclosure from a private terrace. All units include free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, an electric kettle, kitchenware, minibar, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and safety deposit box. Connecting rooms are available. Some rooms lack a balcony or animal view; the Deluxe Room and Premium Room do not have a terrace, and the Deluxe Chalet has no animal view. The standard rooms cannot accommodate additional beds. The restaurant for dinner closes around 10 PM. The hotel is a dry property; no bar is available.
