VACATION TOWNHOMES BY IDILIQ AT ENCANTADA RESORT, Kissimmee

The resort sits on the tourist corridor of Kissimmee, with Walt Disney World just 9 km away and SeaWorld Orlando at 22 km. Universal Studios is 28 km from the property. Disney Springs and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are each about an 18-minute drive. Several chain restaurants including McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Subway are within 1 km, alongside local options like Manny's Original Chophouse and Ace Plus Chinese Buffet. The area is well-connected for drivers, with free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Public transport is limited, so a car is essential for reaching theme parks and shopping.

All units span two levels with bedrooms upstairs; only 4-bedroom townhomes have one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Kitchens include a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic pots, pans, and dinnerware. Each unit has a private bathroom, and many have a private hot tub on a screened patio. Some deluxe units and 4-bedroom units offer a private plunge or full-sized pool. Flat-screen TVs are in the living room and master bedroom; deluxe units have TVs in every bedroom. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are standard. Condition and cleanliness vary significantly by unit, as they are individually owned and managed, so expectations should align with the property's older infrastructure and individual upkeep.

The resort features two outdoor pools open all year: one with a shallow end and pool view, and another with a water slide. Both are heated and have pool bars, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The fitness centre is free to use. A catch-and-release lake is available for fishing, and there is a jogging track around the lake. Additional leisure includes a children's playground, an arcade, table tennis, and a children's club. The hot tubs in the community areas and private units may not always be fully operational; individual unit hot tubs vary in working order.

Free private parking is available on site without reservation, and accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are provided. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. A business centre with fax/photocopying is available free of charge. Luggage storage is complimentary. The front desk provides concierge service and tour desk for theme park tickets. 24-hour security with CCTV and key access helps maintain safety. No airport or theme park shuttles are offered; local transportation companies can be arranged. Pets are allowed for a fee. The property is smoke-free; designated smoking areas are outside units.
