The hotel is tucked away from the busiest streets, so the area feels quiet at night despite being a 4-minute walk from the Ginza Line (Suehirocho) and a 10-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station. From Suehirocho, you can reach Ueno Park and Ueno Station in 2 stops, and Ginza in about 7 minutes. Narita Airport access involves a Skyliner to Ueno, then one stop on the Ginza Line - the walk to Suehirocho from the station is short but involves stairs. Across the street is a 7-Eleven and a supermarket; within 3-5 minutes on foot there are several restaurants, a grocery store, and the Akihabara shopping streets. The Yushima Goryo Shrine and Origami Kaikan are each around a 4-6 minute walk.

Each room takes up an entire floor of the building, so there is no shared corridor noise - only one room per floor. The layout includes a main king-sized bed, bunk beds suitable for older children and adults (taller bed-users may find the upper bunk cosy), and a separate study room with a desk and sliding door. This study is commonly used as a luggage storage zone, keeping suitcases out of the living area. The private bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, a bidet, and a built-in drying function that effectively dries hand-washed clothes overnight. The kitchen is compact but full-sized: refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, and a dining table. All rooms are air-conditioned, soundproofed, and have a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, USB ports at each bed, a trouser press, and free toiletries (including toothbrushes, razors, and samue-style pajamas).

There is no restaurant, breakfast service, or bar within the hotel. Every family room includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, cooking utensils, dishes, and an electric kettle - making self-catering straightforward. A 7-Eleven convenience store is directly across the street, a supermarket is one block away, and within a 3-5 minute walk there are ramen shops, curry houses, a fish market restaurant, and a bistro. Several cafés and a maid café are also in the immediate area. The front desk has a vending machine with drinks.

The 24-hour front desk staff provide concierge service, private check-in/check-out, and daily housekeeping (on request). Luggage can be stored both before check-in and after check-out, free of charge, for up to three days. The hotel accepts and holds luggage forwarded via Yamato Transfer directly in the room before arrival. Each room has a washing machine and detergent, and the bathroom has a powerful drying function. Other amenities include a trouser press, slippers, free-sized Japanese-style pajamas (samue), umbrellas, a safety deposit box, and a vending machine with drinks.
