Each capsule includes a futon mattress (firm, some find uncomfortable), a pillow, and a curtain that blocks light but not sound - the capsules are not soundproofed. There is no individual air conditioning or ventilation; the floor's AC may not cool the capsule sufficiently in hot weather. Capsules have only USB-A ports (no power outlet), so bring a power bank. Upper capsules can be more difficult to access. The dormitory rooms house many capsules, and noise from alarms, snoring, and movement is common; earplugs are provided.
