The hotel is 21 km from Haneda Airport and directly connected via the JR Chuo-Sobu Line, which also provides a fast route to Akihabara. Tokyo Dome is visible from the lounge and is a 5-minute walk, making it a strong choice for concert-goers. A convenience store is directly across the street, and numerous Japanese restaurants are within a 5-minute radius. The immediate area is lively but the train noise can be noticeable, particularly on lower floors facing the tracks. The hotel's transport connectivity is excellent for exploring the city, but driving is impractical due to the complete absence of parking.

Each capsule measures 110 cm wide, 215 cm deep, and 100 cm high - large enough for most heights up to about 195 cm - and includes a thin mattress, a hard pillow, a curtain for privacy, a USB socket, and a separate sleep light. The capsules are arranged in a quiet, shoe-free dormitory room by gender. Noise from snoring, footsteps, and the lift is common, and the thin curtain does little to block light or sound. Some capsules produce a loud humming from the ventilation system. Air conditioning is available, but inside the closed curtain the capsule can become warm and stuffy. The shared shower rooms are divided into private cubicles with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and are generally clean. Towel, pajamas, slippers, and toiletries are provided fresh each day. The locker room is on a different floor from the capsules, and lockers are narrow (36x58x200 cm), fitting only a medium carry-on suitcase or a large backpack.

Breakfast consists of toast with butter or cheese plus a hot drink, available at the annexed café. For a light start, it is practical, but guests wanting a heartier meal can also find eight different restaurants within 0.5 km, including ramen, soba, gyoza, and grilled meat options. The café itself serves excellent coffee and is a pleasant spot for a simple meal throughout the day. No other on-site dining or shared kitchen facilities are available. There is no vending machine for drinks in the lounge.

The property does not offer wellness or sports facilities such as a pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, games, or on-site park. The primary relaxation area is the sixth-floor common lounge, which provides a panoramic view of the city, seating, and work desks. The lounge is a quiet space during the day (also used for co-working) and is open to all guests for working, reading, or enjoying the vista. For active leisure, Tokyo Dome and its surrounding entertainment district are a 5-minute walk away.

WiFi is free throughout the property and works well for video calls and streaming. The 24-hour reception handles check-in from 15:00 to 05:00 and can store luggage before check-in and after check-out on the same day. Luggage storage accepts advance delivery from couriers. Daily housekeeping cleans the capsules and common areas between 10:00 and 14:00. Lockers are on a different floor from the sleeping capsules and are opened with a QR-card system. The building has a single lift serving all floors, which can be busy during peak check-in/check-out times. No laundry, shared kitchen, television, or refrigerator are available.
