The hotel is on a quiet side street in central Nice, offering a restful position that remains convenient to transport and nightlife. Nice-Ville train station is a 3-minute walk, providing quick rail connections, and the tram stop right outside allows direct access to the beach and old town. Avenue Jean Médecin, the main shopping street, is just around the corner. The beach at Plage du Ruhl is a 14-minute walk, and place Masséna is about 1 km away. A wide range of restaurants, cafés, and minimarkets is within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to find meals and essentials. For airport access, take tram L2 from the nearby station.

Room types include single, double, twin, and triple rooms, as well as family rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower (often the shower is open within the room, so prepare for the floor to get wet), air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. Double/twin rooms are a comfortable size for city breaks, while single rooms are very compact - better suited for a night or two if you travel light.
