HOTEL PARISIEN, Nice

The hotel sits two streets behind Nice-Ville station, accessible via an underground pedestrian tunnel. Tram lines 1 and 2 are within a 2-minute walk, providing direct connections to the airport, city centre, and Promenade des Anglais (15-20 minutes on foot). The main shopping street, Jean Médecin, is nearby. The immediate area has supermarkets, bakeries, and several restaurants within 300 metres. At night, some streets can feel less secure, but the location remains convenient for train and tram travellers. A Q-Park garage is a short walk away for drivers.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with fresh croissants, bread, yogurt, cereals, and hot drinks. It is simple and sweet-focused - no cooked items. To ensure availability, order the evening before. Breakfast can be delivered to your room at no extra charge. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but a fridge in the reception area sells cold drinks. Several cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk for additional dining options.

Beach umbrellas are available at the reception at no charge - a practical addition for a day by the Mediterranean. The hotel does not have a pool, spa, or fitness centre. For leisure, the Promenade des Anglais and the old town are within a 15-20 minute walk, and the tram makes beach access easy.
