Chaussée d'Antin-La Fayette metro station (lines 7 and 9) is a two-minute walk, and Opéra station (lines 3, 7, 8) is five minutes away. RER Auber (line A) is a short stroll. Major attractions - the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Montmartre - are within 20 to 30 minutes on foot. The area is safe, pedestrian-friendly, and packed with restaurants, theatres, and high-end boutiques. For airport transfers, the Roissy bus to Charles de Gaulle departs from Place de l'Opéra, five minutes away.

Room categories include Single (11m2, 130cm bed), Cozy (14m2, 140cm bed), Comfort (16m2), Twin Comfort (16m2, two separate beds), Superior (18m2, two 80cm beds, Nespresso machine), and Triple (20-25m2). All rooms feature superior bedding, flat-screen TV with international channels, safe, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom with bath or shower. Some Superior and Triple rooms offer a small balcony overlooking Rue Lafayette (available on request). Noise insulation varies: metro rumble can be audible in lower-floor rooms, and some walls are thin between adjoining rooms. Single rooms are functional but tight - better suited to solo travellers than couples with luggage. Superior and Triple rooms provide noticeably more space for families or longer stays.

The breakfast buffet includes cold meats, boiled eggs, three types of cheese, fresh fruit, cucumber, pastries, wholemeal bread, three cereals, bacon, fruit juice, and six varieties of tea and herbal tea. Coffee and viennoiseries are consistently noted as high quality. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar for lunch or dinner, but the surrounding Opéra district offers dozens of bistros, brasseries, and restaurants within a two-minute walk, including Café de la Paix and Grand Café Capucines.
