The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street in the lively 9th arrondissement, steps from the Rue des Martyrs and its many cafés and shops. Notre-Dame-de-Lorette (line 12) and Le Peletier (line 7) metro stations provide direct access to Saint-Lazare, Montparnasse, Gare du Nord, and the Latin Quarter. The Moulin Rouge is a 15-minute walk, and Sacré-Cœur is reachable on foot in 20 minutes or by bus 40. The area is packed with restaurants, boulangeries, and supermarkets; the hotel staff are happy to recommend specific options. No on-site parking is available, but a public car park is 400 m away at 20 rue Clauzel. The airport shuttle to Charles de Gaulle costs €75 per trip and must be pre-booked.

All rooms feature a private shower, hairdryer, toiletries, flat-screen TV, telephone, courtesy tray, desk, and an anti-bedbug system. The Single room is compact with one single bed, ideal for solo travellers; the Classic has a double bed; and the Superior offers either a double or twin beds (twin must be requested in advance and is subject to availability). The Superior provides slightly more space for luggage and clothes. Connecting rooms (Superior + Classic) are possible. Soundproofing is consistently effective, keeping rooms quiet even on the street side. Electric blackout shades and comfortable bedding - described as exceptionally comfortable pillows and mattresses - contribute to restful sleep. No balconies, no mini-fridge (hotel fridge available), and no iron in rooms (iron available on request). A cot can be added in the Superior for children up to 15 kg.

The breakfast buffet includes hot drinks, fresh juices, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruits, French bread and pastries, cereals, jams, cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, and hot scrambled eggs.
