Breakfast is served at the Hotel Belloy St Germain, located opposite the Hotel du Savoir, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A hot and cold buffet includes pastries and a selection of savory and sweet items. Fresh foods without animal products are available for vegan guests. Next to the hotel, guests can drink coffee at the Bouillon Racine.

The Hotel du Savoir offers a team providing advice and help for transportation. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs can be arranged. Small dogs (up to 15 kg) are allowed for an additional fee. The hotel reserves the right to take a deposit upon arrival. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel includes television, minibar, coffee machine, and kettle.

The Customer may access the European platform for Online Dispute Resolution. The full agreed price will be collected if the stay is interrupted. No additional visitors are allowed after registration. The hotel must be provided with the names of all people staying. To ensure early arrival, pre-register the room from the previous night. Without agreement, all rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. The Hotel du Savoir reserves the right to refuse entry if a person is under the effect of alcohol or drugs. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. Guide dogs are allowed.
